You will have your very own dedicated shipper coordinator who works one-on-one directly with you in the way that works best for you; either by phone or email. Once you have an assigned shipper coordinator, they will delegate each step to an expert in every department you need… from scheduling appointments for pick-up and delivery, to dispatching and tracking the driver selected for your load, and a carrier coordinator whose job is to match your load up with the best trucking company and driver available. Not to mention our excellent administrative and support staff who will handle all of the paperwork.
