- Dedicate 10 minutes a day to meditation.
- Play More! Do more activates that bring you joy and get your heart racing.
- Spend at least 15 minutes a day outside.
- Take more “Me Time”. You deserve it!!
- Strengthen your personal relationships.
- Be kind to yourself. Make a point to speak positive, respectful things about yourself each day.
- Learn a new skill. Paint, knit, play guitar, fly an airplane; What’s stopping you!
